How does it work?
It's a relationship built on the premise that you, the coachee, are the expert. I'm here to assist in your realisation and affirmation of that, not to give you perfect answers.

Voice Coaching
I support humans of all ages, professions and backgrounds find confidence, clarity and joyful authenticity through voice. I welcome one-to-one clients at all levels of experience as well as leading workshops for groups of all sizes.

Wellbeing
I have been teaching practices of yoga, mindfulness, meditation, breath and sound meditation since 2013 and have over 900 hours of training in flow, yin, pre & post-natal yoga, yoga philosophy, sound & frequency, Ayurveda and shamanic practices.
​
Currently, I have three public yoga classes in London and online; the rest of my teaching is on a private 1-1 and group basis.

I teach a few international retreats each year, which offer the glorious combination of these fantastic practices, nourishing food and company, and a comfortable change of environment and routine!

My Approach

The practices I offer are the culmination of 20 years of my own learning and experience. They are designed to help you explore your relationship to yourself and your expression of this (via your values, work, play, wellbeing & relationships).
Given time, they work!
Mindful Innovation
In a world that celebrates constant busyness, it’s easy to confuse activity with purposeful action. The result is full days, tiredness as the default and, often, a sense of emptiness as soon as we have a minute to reflect.
We get one ride on this life so I think we can do better than that!

I have been coaching, teaching and training brilliant humans for the last twelve years; with 11 years of work in yoga, mindfulness, meditation and mental health support, 7 years in voice and public speaking coaching, an MA in voice and performance (with a specialism in performance psychology & physiology), and ICF-accredited certification in Personal & Professional Coaching, along with many more hours of connected training previously completed. I've been lucky enough to learn from and alongside tons of wise and wonderful humans, to whom I'm very grateful.
